Ed Larrison coordinates all construction and oversees
supervision consisting of:
- Ensuring optimum design, taking
into consideration budget, practicality and aesthetics.
- Dealing with government
agencies for legal execution of the project.
- Consulting
with clients.
- Consulting with engineers.
- Writing of job specifications.
- Ordering correct material.
- Communicating to workmen
the scope and nature of the job.
- Scheduling the job
so it will flow with other work in progress.
- Making
sure all materials are available.
- Making sure material
and equipment being used are correct and free of defects.
- Working
out details of design during application for optimum
results.
- Making sure owners are content with the way
things are going---always staying in good communication.
- Physically
inspecting each phase of the work to ensure the next
phase is ready to start, so things that may need changing
can be done right then for an optimum result.
- Making
sure the job is left clean and in good order.
- Making
positively sure owners are very satisfied with the
end result and seeing to it that any finish refinements
needed are successfully and promptly completed.
